PRIMO Holland (PRIMO: Public Risk Management Organisation) is an organisation aiming at establishing risk management as a natural and integral part of good public governance. The organisation was established in 2005.

The association seeks to enhance the knowledge and use of risk management within the local and regional public sectors as well as the public sector at large.

PRIMO Holland is part of the pan-European umbrella organisation, PRIMO Europe.
